Welcome to Health First Training LLC.  By using our website (cpr-asap.com/) and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Our Services

Health First Training LLC provides American Heart Association (AHA) certified training courses including CPR, First Aid, BLS, ACLS, and PALS. We are an authorized AHA Training Center (TC ID: CA 15430).

Class Registration

By registering for a class, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact information
  • Arrive on time for your scheduled class
  • Pay the full course fee at time of class
  • Participate in all required course activities

Payment

Payment is due at the time of class. We accept cash, credit/debit cards (via Square), and Venmo. For corporate or group training, contact us about invoicing options.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

3 Days prior to class
50% refund
(50% cancellation fee applies)

Within 48 hours prior to class
No refunds
(All sales final)

Refund requests must be made via email to info@cpr-asap.com. We do not process refunds by phone or text.

No-Show & Late Arrival Policy

No-Shows

  • 7 days to reschedule
  • $20 rescheduling fee applies for all classes except ACL and PALS, which is $75 rescheduling fee
  • After 7 days, registration is forfeited

Late Arrivals

  • Class starts on time
  • 15+ minutes late requires rescheduling
  • $20 rescheduling fee applies for all classes except for advanced classes (ACLS and PALS) $75 rescheduling fee applies 

Our Class Guarantee

We NEVER cancel classes for low enrollment. Once payment is made, your class is 100% guaranteed.

Certification

Upon successful completion, you will receive an official American Heart Association eCard, valid for 2 years and accepted nationwide.

To receive certification, you must:

  • Attend the full class
  • Demonstrate competency in all required skills
  • Pass the written examination (if applicable)

Limitation of Liability

Health First Training LLC provides training for educational purposes. We are not liable for any injuries that occur during training or for the application of skills learned in our courses. CPR and emergency response carry inherent risks.
